Babul Ganguly is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta with advanced leadership training from Croton Ville, US. Babul brings a wealth of expertise in Real Estate and Infrastructure, developed over a distinguished four-decade career. His experience spans leadership roles at notable organizations such as Kuljian Corporation (US), Tatas, GE Capital, Duet, L&T Realty, Mahindra, and DLF, where he was instrumental in delivering over 20 million square feet in various projects, including hospitality, commercial, retail, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Babul has been recognized with the Management Excellence Award from the Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan, and the prestigious Platinum Award at GE Capital. His unique approach to project management, which integrates international standards with local engagement, has been pivotal in the success of landmark greenfield projects across the US, UK, Poland, Romania, and the Philippines.



With over 30 years of cross-industry experience in Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, and Plantations, Priyanka has a proven track record in driving organizational excellence and sustainable growth. Her tenure includes leadership roles at Mahindra Holidays and various Tata entities, such as the Taj Group of Hotels, Croma Retail, Tata Global Beverages, and Tata Coffee. Priyanka holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development & Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, and has completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Michigan Ross School of Business
